Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • During high‑volume periods, processing times may be extended by 1–2 days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

United States Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days

International Shipping

  • Delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.

Apparel Shipping Notes

  • Apparel items may ship separately from makeup products depending on warehouse availability.

  • Some items are made‑to‑order to reduce waste, which may add 1–2 days to processing time.

Makeup Shipping Notes

  • Due to hygiene and safety regulations, makeup products are final sale and cannot be returned once shipped.

  • All cosmetic items are sealed and packaged to prevent damage or contamination during transit.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Biacove is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package is lost or delayed, contact the carrier first, then email us at biacovehq@gmail.com and we will assist however we can.

Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After this window, the order may already be processing and cannot be modified.

Pre‑Orders & Backorders

  • Pre‑order items will ship as soon as they become available.

  • If your order contains both in‑stock and pre‑order items, they may ship separately.
